Characters: Namikaze Minato and Hatake Kakashi; Uzumaki Kushina.
Summary: Kakashi arrives home late. He’s supposed to be back for the dinner Kushina had cooked for his twenty-first birthday, but he’s not—he’s delivered to Konoha’s doorstep by a hunter-nin, looking as if he’s been torn apart by wild dogs.
For vernajast because she's so lovely and loves a good, dead Kakashi. (It's not good, but it is a dead Kakashi). And if any of you dislike this, your complaints can go to ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) lolita_nova, who saw the draft and persuaded me to post. =D Edit: I was disatisfied with the ending. So I put more of a middle in it. Now back with more Minato-anguish...!

A little somethingnothing spawned a while back during a conversation with Verna (mostly involving lots of dreamy sighing about how wonderful it is to torture our favourite characters). In the end, this story didn't say what I wanted to say; I fought with the characters for a while, and they still... *shrugs*
All I can say is... this sucks. For many reasons. Not the least if which are because I finally managed to kill Kakashi and it wasn't in the way I wanted to. TT^TT (eh, weird grammar...)

My eyes ache and my head is pounding. But I have FINALLY COMPLETED the first chapter of the SAKUMOFIC. The one where he comes back to life, that is. At ~6200 words, it is ridiculously long for a first chapter (the wordcount alone will scare off ALL the readers, damnit) and absurdly enough, doesn't so much as MENTION Sakumo. Instead, it involves extensive use of killer intent, a pissed off Kurenai and Speaking In Capitals. Alas, alack. At least Sakumo will "live" in the next chapter. I guess I shall post tomorrow, to ff.net and to livejournal. In other news, all my other ficcage is currently dead while I focussed on this one. 'Cept for maybe the GaiKaka and YonKaka oneshots. And I have been eyeballing the Hornpipe Fic. But this fic takes all precedence, otherwise I shall lose my drive and then IT WILL SUCK. And checkerbloom (bless her darling heart) will rip my arms off and beat me about the head with the soggy ends, crying "why hast thou allowed our baby to PERISH?" 'Cept she wouldn't. Title: To Aery Thinness Rating: T Characters: All of Team Minato, All of Team Seven Pairing: Yondaime x Kakashi (main) Notes: AU fic where Kyubi never attacked and Team Yondaime survived unscathed (for the most part). Kakashi about to return home to a Minato who doesn't quite know what to make of his now grown-up student after an eight year absence. Rin is a medic-nin working in the ICU of the Konoha Shinobi Hospital, whereas Obito is (much to his chagrin) just receiving his first genin team. 3) What would happen if Twelve got Eight pregnant?
ajskld;fj;k *dies of the glee* This is just too perfect. Well, if Minato got Kakashi pregnant, the first thing he'd ask is "How did this happen?" Then he'd probably wonder how he came back from the dead, and whether or not Kushina would castrate him for somehow impregnating his student while leaving Naruto out in the dust... or something. And it would be mpreg, which would be suckage. OR we could play with a femme!Kakashi fic and have them all join a mad threesome. Minato/Kushina/Kakashi, that is. Ex-cluding Naruto, thankyouverymuch.
4) Do you recall any fics about Nine?
Perhaps the more accurate question would be whether or not I recall any fics without "Nine". Since... y'know, he has a series named after him. Narutofic without Naruto... not a lot of them, no, but I tend to read more Kakafic anyhow. <333 'Cause Kakashi's made of win.
5) Would Two and Six make a good couple?
*dies* Jiraiya and Sai? Oh, good one, good one... NOT. I can't bear to waste them on each other. Which... should not be my first response to a pairing involving a fifty-odd year old dude and someone nearly four decades his junior.

Jiraiya/Sakumo is hot. Jiraiya/Sakumo/Sakura is the stuff of nightmares. Two dead (old) ninja having their way with someone nearly four decades their junior? aksld;jfl;kad SCARY. None of my friends are creepers like that... and a good portion of them would prolly agree that JiSaku(mo) is hot, after a fashion.
15) What might ten scream at a moment of great passion?
"I loved you, Sasuke! You were my brother!" ...what's with the weird looks? You never said the "moment of great passion" had to be during joygasm-orgasm-anygasm. Plus, I can't imagine Itachi screaming anything in a moment of great passion. But I have to say that if he did, it certainly wouldn't be an "Episode Three: Revenge of the Sith" quotation.
